About FM8
FM8 is a division of The Keyne Group, a specialist consultancy formed in 2023 after identifying a need for deploying experienced facilities management professionals to provide expert guidance and support to procurement projects and to operational projects within the FM industry. We noted that many organisations had suffered from resource and skills shortages following the pandemic, meaning that a number of projects were lacking the experienced personnel needed to provide optimal outcomes. Added to that, changes to the pace of procurement activities and the need to factor in uncertainties around the workplace and scale of services for delivery has meant that the operational risks around new opportunities have increased and that service offerings and propositions from suppliers require more collaboration and functional management.
Building upon our collective experience of the marketplace and the organisations we have worked with, our ambition in establishing FM8 was to deliver fully flexible and transformative procurement and operational expertise that builds upon our extensive practical knowledge and that aligns to the goals of every client that we work with. This means that we take the time to understand the function and operations of every part of the organisations we support, helping to establish essential deliverables and to introduce meaningful and lasting changes that leverage embedded capabilities within a dynamic market environment. The second area is focused on us coming into your organisation or your key accounts to understand how they function at a high-level, and to help define any current or future use for our services that you may have.
